    Doctor of Physical Therapy | Strength and Conditioning Specialist | Corrective Exercise Specialist

    Dr. Anthony is an orthopedic residency trained physical therapist and personal trainer. Anthony graduated from Syracuse University with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Kinesiology with a pre-med focus. He’s worked with highschool and collegiate team’s medical staff and athletic trainers for the rehabilitation and treatment of athletes for their return to play.

    Anthony earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Marymount University’s Malek School of Health Services and recived extensive training to effectively evaluate, rehabilitate, and reduce the effects of his patients’ orthopedic and sporting injuries. He is also trained and certifed through the EXOS Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation and Performance Specialist courses.

    Outside of work, you can find Anthony running around Alexandria, VA with his wife and puppy, rooting for his favorite NY teams (as a native New Yorker), and enjoying time with friends and family.

  • Dr. Brandon Lusk

    PT, DPT, CNC

    Dr. Brandon is a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a licensed physical therapist.

    As a Northern Virginia native, Dr. Brandon returned to the area to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk.

    Dr. Brandon takes a holistic approach to health and wellness. As a former baseball player, CrossFit athlete and coach, he understands the importance of nutrition and fueling your body for optimum performance. Whether you are a top athlete or a weekend warrior, his goal is to meet you where you are. Dr. Brandon is excited to work alongside you to build a strong foundation in good nutrition that is tailored to your specific needs and rooted in nutritional science.

    Together you will explore topics ranging from the incorporation of micro and macronutrients and what foods to eat and when to goal setting, necessary behavioral changes, benefits of nutrition on your mental health, sleep, and more!

    In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, cooking, being outdoors, and exercising.
